Samsung Galaxy A9 has been in rumors since it made its first appearance in trademark documents way back in March. These rumors include a few leaked specifications sheet, the last one from only a few days ago, so we can say that we already have an idea what this phone will be offering to the consumers. Samsung has kept its upcoming Galaxy A9 completely metal.
According to the latest reports, the phone is now listed on the Iran website of the company and the cited hardware coincides with what we already know so its almost official. Samsung’s Galaxy A9 is powered by a Snapdragon 620 SoC with four next generation Cortex A72 cores, four Cortex A53 ones and an Adreno 510 graphics processor.
It has an impressive new range chip with 3GB RAM and an internal storage capacity of 32GB which can further be expanded upto 128GB or more using a microSD card. The phone is getting a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED display with 1080 pixels resolution and 401 ppi. There is a 16MP primary snapper with HDR and autofocus and a 5MP selfie snapper.
For connectivity options, the phone has NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 LE etc. It runs on the Android Lollipop 5.1.1 out of the box. Samsung page lists this handset to be launched on 1st december.
