Recently, Samsung Galaxy A9 passed the FCC hurdle in US and now the phone has been certified by the regulatory authority TENAA, which confirms most of its specifications. According to the TENAA listing, this device carries a model number of SM-A9000. It comes powered by a 1.8 GHz octa core processor and is packed by a 6 inch AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
TENAA did not reveal but the device is said to come packed with a 4,000 mAh battery. There is an 8MP or 13MP rear snapper and an 8MP front facing camera. Dimensionally, the phone measures 161.7 x 80.9 x 7.4 mm and weighs about 200 grams. It runs on the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and comes in gold and white color options.
