While other manufacturers have already unveiled their next generation flagship phones, HTC has finally woke up from a deep sleep and announcing its flagship phone on 12th April. The phone was previously expected to be released sometime in March but now sources say that it will be made official in April now.
HTC has made this confirmation via its Twitter account, where it reveals that it will finally unveil the big announcement of its next generation phone on April. There were also some rumors a few days back that this phone will be announced by the Taiwanese giant on 11th April.
As per sources, you will also be able to watch a video stream of the introduction on the HTC’s website online. However, it is still not clear that whether the event will be only online or HTC has also planned something offline as well. HTC has mentioned three cities in the image leaked online, which make us imagine that the Taiwanese giant will hold an event offline as well.
If there is seriously a media event to be held somewhere in New York, Taipei and London then we will surely get some more information once the company starts sending out invites for this phone with a “world class camera“.
