Samsung’s Galaxy On5(2016) passes through FCC


Samsung’s upcoming phone with model number SM-G5700 is the iteration of the Galaxy On5 (SM-G550) but its name is yet unannounced. This smartphone was spotted on Zauba, which is an import lisitng website from India, late last month. Now, there are reports that this handset has been certified by US Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC suggests that this smartphone might be launched soon now.

The upcoming smartphone is already spotted on the benchmarking website, Geekbench, which revealed some of its specifications. As per the benchmark site, it will come powered by Exynos 7570 chipset with quad core processor clocked at 1.4 Ghz speed. It runs on the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS and has been packed with 2 GB RAM. As per Zauba listing, this device will get a 5 inch display with sound viewing angles.
