Apple iPhone 7 is already getting an improved camera and now there are reports that the phone will also feature an optical image stabilization technology. The OIS feature is already available in the previous year’s release iPhone 6S plus but was not present in the standard variant, iPhone 6S. A picture is leaked online showing lens components which are expected to come in the updated smartphone of the Cupertino giant. This picture suggests that this feature is extended across the iPhone 7 range.
The new OIS feature allows the iPhone handset to deliver an improved low light performance, cutting down the camera-shake and deliver crispy and more clear shots. This feature is already a key selling point on the current flagship phone of the Korean giant, the Galaxy S7.
The reports will surely please those waiting eagerly for the iPhone 7 handset of the company, who feared that this smartphone will be a damp squib. Apple iPhone 7 is expected to come packed with a dual lens camera set-up. Many are left wondering if the Cupertino’s giant will offer new features as a part of the single lens effort on iPhone 7.
Apple is expected to make the iPhone 7 available on sale to the users from 23rd September i.e. next month end. Currently, it can be pre-ordered in many countries in Europe from the retailers providing it an easy price.
