Android 7.0 Nougat can be installed on Google Nexus 4 unofficially

Android Nougat

It was revealed a few days back that Google’s new Android 7.0 Nougat operating system is now available for the Nexus 5 users. Obviously, the software is not yet made available for the users officially but it can be installed with its most recent firmware update. Android hacking community has come with some more ideas now, and has outdone itself once again with the latest flavor of Android for its Nexus 4 phone.

Android 7.0 Nougat

Once again, the dedicated users at XDA Developers have found a new way to furnish the four-year-old smartphone with this new Android version. On a device with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2100 mAh battery and 2GB RAM, this software seems to become available for the flagship devices of today in a few weeks.

The build of Google’s Nexus 5 phone is not like other flagship phone but it’s something different. In fact, this smartphone is said to be a frequent ride with the recent updates, while the features like NFC, GPS and accelerometer are almost non-functional with the new Android version as well. There is a part of comfort with the new software from Google but the features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and hardware acceleration were already working fine.

As per reports, Google is also working on the port but it will not be flashed on the Nexus 4 device. However, on the other hand if you anytime collect dust in a drawer of this smartphone then you have an opportunity to rejuvenate it.
