It has been revealed by EE that the retailer will offer new and upgrading customers with six months free subscription to the Apple Music. This is the first time ever that a carrier network in UK has struck with such kind of deal with the Cupertino’s giant. You should note that the deal is currently valid for all those purchasing a new iPhone as well as a new Android phone. Only those customers qualify for getting free access to Apple music, who are taking SIM only deals.
EE will start this deal from 1st September, after the date anyone taking an EE contract or buy a phone from the network provider will be able to stream track over 4G or Wi-Fi. Also, the consumers will be able to download their favorites for offline playback using Apple Music application. However, those benefiting from this deal will be required to pay a monthly fee of £9.99 after six months. But don’t worry as you can also cancel the subscription to Apple Music without any penalty.
Clearly, EE’s offer doubles the length of the standard three month trials from Apple. Also, it comes as the Cupertino’s giant is busy preparing a major overhaul of its Spotify rival.
