As IFA event is about to take place this week in Berlin, there are already numerous retail and certification channels coming out with some new information about the unreleased products. As we know, Lenovo is all set to introduce its Moto Z Play, now there are reports that a previously unseen new device has also popped up through Bluetooth SIG.
This new device is being referred as “Lenovo P2a42”, and some specifications are revealed via the Bluetooth SIG. It is revealed that this smartphone will get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset with an octa-core processor. The same SoC chip is also present on the mid-rangers including the Xiaomi Redmi 4 and ZTE Axon Max 2.
Bluetooth SIG’s documentation reveals that this handset will sport a 5.5 inch LCD display, with wide viewing angles. There will be a 13 MP primary camera for clicking good quality pictures and a 5MP selfie camera for clicking better selfie images.
Currently, there is no word on what this device will look like, where it will be released and how much it will cost. But the reports reveal that the purported Lenovo Vibe P2 was recently benchmarked by GeekBench with model number “P2c72” and Snapdragon 625 chipset along with 4GB RAM.
