Android Nougat

Google has already released Android 7.0 Nougat, which has been made available to the devices supported by the search giant on 22nd August. You should also know that Motorola Nexus 6 and LTE capable HTC Nexus 9 model both are the members of the supported device list. However, these devices are not yet updated to the new Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. Those who own either of these two devices, you must be waiting from weeks to hear from Google about the reason why its release is delayed.

Android 7.0 Nougat

Google however has managed to keep silence on this matter. But the updates are still on the way so there is no reason to wait until October and then say that Nexus 6 has reached to the point where it will finally be updated to the Android Nougat software. The search giant has given no reason for the delay and has not given any explanation on it. On the other hand, if you are on Android Marshmallow and waiting eagerly to taste Android Nougat then you can enroll through the beta program and you will get the last Developer Preview for Android Nougat.
