LG recently announced the new LG G6. That makes it one of the heavyweight rivals of the current favourite Google Pixel and Pixel XL.
Price and UK availability:
As the LG G6 deals got unveiled very recently, we do not know the exact price range. But we can expect it to be £500-£600.
The Pixel Deals with 32 GB internal memory costs £599 and the 128 GB variant costs £699. The Google Pixel XL has the price range of £719 for the 32GB variant and £819 for the 128GB variant.
The G5 has a solid aluminum frame with corning gorilla glass protecting both sides. The LG G6 is hand friendly with the dimension of 148.9 x 71.9 x 7.9mm. There is no home button in it. The lock button doubly works as a fingerprint sensor. The phone is equipped with the 3.5 mm audio jack, the fully waterproof USB-C charging port and the SIM tray.
The Google Pixel has a 5 inch Corning Gorilla glass display and 143.8 x 69.5 x 8.6mm dimension. Other than that it shares more or less identical design with LG G6. The Pixel XL also shares the same design but has the size of 154.72 x 75.74 x 8.58mm.

Processor: Both G6 and Pixel features the Snapdragon 821 CPU and 4 GB RAM.
Memory: The LG G6 has only 32 GB of internal storage but it can be expanded up to 2 TB. The Google Pixel and Pixel XL have two varieties, the 32 GB and 128 GB variant.
Display: The G6 has a huge 5.7 inch HD display having a 2880×1440 with 565ppi. The Pixel has 5 inch AMOLED display with 1920×1080 resolutions with 441ppi. The Pixel XL offers a display of 2560×1440 resolutions and 534ppi.
Camera: The G6 has a 5 MP front and the dual 13 MP back camera. The Google Pixel has an 8 MP front with a 12.3 MP back camera.
Waterproofing: The G6 is certified the IP68 level of waterproofing. Unfortunately, the Pixel has no waterproofing.
Battery: The LG G6 has 3300mAh battery whereas the Pixel comprises the slightly lower 2770mAh battery.
Software: The G6 will run the newest Android 7.1. The Pixel users will have the core Android experience with all the new versions of Android.
The people, who love the core Android Experience, would love using the Pixel. But who loves being slightly experimental with the relatively good specs, can opt for the G6.
