About Foldable Phones
Foldable phones are exactly just the way as they sound. It is a device which either folds inward, just like a clamshell device or outwards and becomes a tablet-like device. This can be possible only with the use of a flexible OLED panel. Previously known as Project Valley, this technology is now known as the Samsung Galaxy X.
Samsung has originally worked on fold-in devices, which close like wallets. The idea of foldable phones isn’t much new to Samsung. In fact, in the year 2011, the company had showed off a similar prototype exactly like this. These should be quite convenient for users who wouldn’t want to unfold their phone every time they use it.
