Apple iOS 9 is finally rolling out while bug delays

Apple finally started rolling out its new iOS 9 operating system yesterday and the new software is on its way to all the supported devices. If you own an iPhone 4S or newer phone, an iPad 2 or newer or any version of the iPad Mini or an iPod Touch (5th and 6th generation) then you can avail the iOS 9 software. Those who have not yet received the notification, can also check for the new bits manually by going to Settings then General and Software Update finally.

Apple iOS 9

As per reports, this download is about 1.3 GB in size so it should be easy for you to get it even if your phone is just 16 GB. The new iOS 9 comes with a lot of new things such as a new font throughout, new multitasking application switcher, split screen multitasking and an improved Siri for the newest big iPad devices. Also, the iOS 9 brings along a new built-in News app.

There will be a new Wallet app which lets you store your credit cards and reward cards in the same place so that they can be used with Apple Pay when required. Also, there are reports that the Note app is also redesigned.

Yesterday, the WatchOS 2.0 was also supposed to release but that did not happen. Apple on the other hand was forced to release its new software version for its smartwatch at the last minute. Because a bug was found in the watchOS 2 that is taking longer to fix than was expected. The WatchOS 2.0 is still coming but will not be released soon. We can assume it to release after a few days of Apple fixing the bug and send the new software to Apple watch owners everywhere around the globe.
